Usage: SET HIDE_PRIVATE_CHANNELS [ON|OFF|TOGGLE]
  When ON, this will suppress display in your status line of channels 
  whose mode is +s (secret) or +p (private).  When OFF, channels
  are shown as usual in the status line.
